Project Overview:
Guidon was designing a new office space with several key goals. They wanted to reduce operating costs and energy use to get as close to net-zero as possible, making them Indiana’s first LEED v4 Platinum building. They also wanted to provide a building with daylight views that could connect to the outdoors, while ensuring materials and systems are durable with limited maintenance.
